Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be packaged and ready to ship out.

You will receive an email letting you know your order is in the mail.

Why letter mail?

It is a cost effective way to send small fabric kits.
Allows those who live in the United States to purchase letter mail eligible items without the added cost of tariffs.

How long will it take to receive my letter mail order?

Once your order is in the mail and you have received an email notifying you it’s on the way:

Canada: 5-7 business days depending on location
United States: 10-15 business days depending on location
Letter mail uses the postal service, there may be times where shipping takes longer due to high volume (holidays), staffing shortages, or strikes. Typically we are aware of any ongoing issues that can cause delay. Shipping timeline expectations should be adjusted accordingly. Once something has been sent, I no longer have control of the package delivery.

Will there be times that shipping costs might be added?

Some items may be on promotion and will be shipped for free
Other items may have a shipping/mailing charge added at check out.
Larger orders that are oversized may have an additional cost or a tracking number applied for an additional cost.
